Instructions from NAMI Education - 360 Access and Recertification

Are you interested in some of our education programs or support groups? Find more information here!

If you have any questions on when and where classes or groups are closest to you, you can find your local NAMI Affiliate by clicking here.

If you are requesting intranet access as a coordinator/facilitator/teacher/mentor, please make sure that you have sent us your nami.org username and the email address associated with your nami.org account, along with the program you are requesting access for! Please do not send us your password.

If you are a teacher/mentor/facilitator that is having some problem reporting data, please check out the visual instructions on the Education Help Desk! The instructions are located under the "Quick Links" section. Just a reminder that the username/password to report data is not your nami.org account information. You will find the username/password in the visual instructions.

For NAMI Family-to-Family teachers only: If you are looking to complete your Re-orientation, the instructions below include links to the re-orientation materials that do not require you to log in to nami.org. Although we will not be able to reply to follow-up emails until Thursday, these links should work for everyone.  Please feel free to share these instructions with other teachers who need to complete their Re-orientation today. Thank you for your hard work.

If you need help right now, please consider calling our information helpline at (800) 950-NAMI (6264).
The Information HelpLine offers:

·       Information.  We provide general (non-professional) information on illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression; issues affecting children, adolescents & young families; general questions about medication; NAMI programs (such as Family-to-Family and In Our Own Voice); NAMI policy positions (such as mental health parity); and more.

·        Referrals.  Callers are referred to NAMI State Organizations, NAMI Affiliates and support groups throughout the country and to other organizations serving the needs of those affected by serious mental illness.

·        Support.  Trained volunteers—- consumers and family members -—  are in a unique position to offer support and empathy from people who know what it's like and who have "been there."
